Hot water tank.
The orange paint marks sections
to be removed during demolition. In this case, the existing
hot water tank and pumps are being demolished.
The 4" insulated riser (to the left of the tank, marked "stay")
will remain and will serve as the hot water riser for the new steam-fired
boiler to be installed.
